Hallowe'en Season - Haunted Places - Borley Rectory
Hi Guys, I thought that I would kick-start our Haunted places series with a place once described as 'the most haunted place in England' that I have been fascinated with since I was a child - Borley Rectory. The Rectory was built in 1862 for, oddly enough, the Rector of the Borley Parish. It was badly damaged by fire in 1939 which led to it being demolished in 1944. Reportedly haunted since it was built, reports of supernatural events increased after a visit by renowned Paranormal researcher Harry Price in 1929.
